For the price and low specs, this laptop exceeded my expectations. It looks brand new, the case, keyboard, and trackpad feel solid, and it was very affordable. On the first boot up, Windows 10 was unbearably slow due to the bloatware installed. I would highly recommend taking a few minutes to uninstall the unnecessary software (McAfee, Acer programs, etc.) by right clicking on the Start button -> click Programs and Features -> select unneeded applications from the list and uninstall. After the bloatware was removed, the laptop became very quick and responsive. There are also some articles on optimizing Windows 10 for even better performance online to further speed up this laptop.

Overall, I like it.

I just bought it for my home monitor system, connecting to several remote cameras. So it is doing the job just good. Remember that this is a low performance computer, its price tells it. However, it is beyond my expectation. It has a decent screen and a very large trackpad as well as two USB ports, all of which are very nice to have on such a THIN laptop. It is really thin! If you overload it , the performance will lag. It is built for a few simple tasks, or for use as an internet machine. It has everything you need: wifi, usb ports,webcam... What can I complain? I like its design. Although refurbished, it does not have difference from a new one. It is well packaged when coming. So far, I like it
