This laptop has signs of being dropped. I am not fully pleased but since i knew it was refurbished i can't ask for much. I would not recommend though. After I am on the Internet for a little while a small circle (different colors in circle) appears. I was on Facebook and I spent a couple of minutes - a few times. I can not do anything - the computer is frozen. I spent over $750 for this computer a few months ago. Very disgusted and dissatisfied. I am trying to get in touch with Amazon to file a complaint. Very, Very poor workmanship in refurbishing this computer. My computer came scratched and dented, including the charger. Furthermore it came with problem to shut down and the bad battery. I need to change it, but already returned to Brazil. And Apple has not given me here guarantee because she is expired. Then I need to change the other or even get my money back, however'm already in Brazil.
