I also had the wifi issues represented by everyone else here. Would stay connected to wifi for maybe 1 minute then cut out and all wireless access points would disappear like it was in airport mode.
TO FIX THIS: Uninstall the intel wireless driver. I believe it's listed as intel PROset driver. To do this click the windows button in the bottom left, type "uninstall" and select change or remove a program. Then scroll down and select intel PROset (it may be labeled something else, you just want to find the intel wireless driver here) and click uninstall. This will change the installed driver to the windows 10 default which fixed all my problems.
Additionally, the default mouse sensitivity is a little high. You can change that in the mouse trackpad settings. I also increased the scroll speed as it was way too low by default.

It didn't work. I was aware of the wifi issue based on other reviews. I followed all of the instructions to fix to no avail. I also went to the Dell Support site. Still unable to connect to wifi. Then, after fiddling with that for a bit, the blue screen of death came up with a message saying there had been an unexpected error (and a sad face emoticon). Then, went totally black and couldn't turn it on. This was all within an hour of taking it out of the box.
