Like it fine. Dell quality is there, and for my purposes it is more than adequate. The only thing I don't really care for is the new touchpad. Right and left clicking hurt for accuracy (not separate button but rather part of the touchpad) and sensitivity is not what I'm used to. Sure I'll get used to it over time but seems unnecessary to change it. The weight is good for a computer of this size and the key clicks are nice. 4.5/5 really. Ships nicely.

My husband, who knows a lot about computers (he used to work as a Cisco-certified network engineer), picked this computer to buy for me after he had done a lot of research and looked at a lot of other options, both from Dell and other brands. While I can't really comment about specific tech aspects of the computer, I can tell you that he would not have bought this if it wasn't a great computer. I am a freelance editor and work from my computer sometimes 60-70 hours a week --- and then I use it for another 10-20 hours a week for personal reasons. I LOVE this computer. As I said, I may not know much about the inner workings, but I can tell you that this is my 4th or 5th computer in 10 years (I tend to wear them out quite quickly because I work so much), and this is BY FAR my favorite so far.

I had always wanted a Dell because my father had a Dell laptop YEARS ago (back in the late 90s), and I loved his computer. However, it crashed after only a short time and, knowing more... Read more

Fabulous PC. Everything work great. Clear screen plays everything crystal clear. Back lit keyboard is a real plus. Once all the Microsoft updates were installed, which took quite a while, it's a fast one. Needed to get a few apps installed: Java, Flash, Reader. I do NOT like Microsoft's browser Edge.
