Black Dell Inspiron 3000 15.6 Inches Laptop Review

This computer seemed okay, but I only had use of it for a couple of months. It developed issues with the touch pad. The customer service experience I have had with Dell is the worst in my life. The ordeal started when I reported the problem in late January. I was given an option for in-home repair or mail-in. I chose mail in, as I was leaving for several weeks in Europe. While I was there, I received an e-mail asking for my permission to reinstall the OS, which would wipe everything out. I responded the same day, granting permission, which was acknowledged by Dell. A couple of weeks later, I got the computer back saying that it was not repaired because I had failed to give permission for reinstallation of the OS. Here is where the fun began. I called and explained the situation, and asked to return the computer for completion of the work. Well, no.
