All metal build feels good in hand. Hinges are firm. The laptop is very thin and has a modern feel. Trackpad has a bit of a grainy texture which makes it easier to use. The speaker sound is very crisp and has good depth. I wirelessly screen cast to the TV often with a Microsoft Display Adapter without any delays. Touch screen is very responsive. I watched a few online reviews which described the key travel on the keyboard as shallow. I love the depth of travel on the keys. Backlit keyboard provides more than sufficient light. Starts up very quickly with the SSD. The only reason I rate this as a 4 star is for battery life. It drains more quickly than anticipated. At full charge with power mode set to battery saver Dell indicates I should get 4 hours of basic use. I don't game and only occasionally watch Netflix.
