I bought this in August. Screen LCD cable failed in the beginning of November. Sent in to Dell and received on 11/14 by them. As of 12/19 absolutely NO status update, have called 3 times to have them tell me my parts on hold. Last time I called they said it was in and work was beginning on laptop, that was beginning of last week. Now Dell update page FINALLY says that laptop cannot be repaired as of 12/14, so AFTER i talked to them. No one has contacted me from Dell as far as getting it back. LAPTOP is only 4 months old!

I will never buy another Dell product again.

** Update - just got off the phone with Dell. Looks like they are "going" to send me a replacement system, latest update was that part was pushed back until the 26th. Last week, the service tech told me they had received the part and that it was under repair. Will update this review if I ever get a replacement system.

The laptop is nice, as in the hardware! But the software is garbage! Firstly, windows 10 is bad and then there is a lot of Dell bloatware. The laptop boots up fast and works all good. But after a week, mine got stuck in a boot loop. The Dell support system said, after a bunch of their troubleshooting steps over phone, that I need to re-flash the windows with a flashdrive (they assist you on how to do it) and apparently all my data is going to be lost! Well, I did not have anything important in it as it was brand new, but what if I had?
