Buyer beware. This is an old laptop. Close to 6 years outdated. I wasn't expecting brand new appearance with refurbished items but cosmetically this had scratches, scuffs and dents all along the perimeter and labels that were crooked and obviously replaced. The interior was much nicer with working buttons, but the upper trackpad button had an obvious spot where the previous owner had worn the finish off the left button.

The performance is not stellar (How does your 2011 smartphone hold up today?). But it's the 1366x768 resolution that hurts the most. Every menu and window is just too tall for it to be viewed without scrolling down. You remember Netbooks and how squished they were vertically? This isn't too far removed.

It is my own fault for not looking closer to see just how old these were. All the positive reviews from recent buys this year fooled me into thinking it wasn't going to be so bad.

Taken some time to write this review to get the overall experience using my latitude. It was my first refurb purchase and I am happy with my purchase.
The laptop received before time and all the features were as per the specifications. Infact I got an upgraded processor intel i7 as against i3! Cleaned machine with Win10 Pro licensed copy. And there were regular signs of wear n tear which was expected and the charger was not original.
Few things for seller, 1. When opened the laptop, there was dust all around the keyboard and panel. And additionally 3 sides of keyboard were fully sticky as if stickers removed before packing it. It was really painful to get sticky area cleaned.
I would definitely recommend this seller. Thanks!
