2017 HP 15.6 Premium Flagship Laptop. I purchased this laptop for my daughter's birthday...her desktop is so out of date and slow that she needed an updated system. I didn't have any problems setting it up for her right out of the box. It took about 40 minutes to be fully charged. I downloaded a few programs off the internet and set up a few things for her in advance. I have a high speed internet. I did notice some lag time connecting to internet sites. Her purpose is email, pictures, Facebook and surfing the net and in my opinion so far, this is an Ok laptop for the price and that type of use.
