Condition of computer case is near perfect, very miner spot with wear, and I mean very minor. I did have to remove a few programs that I did not want on the computer, these programs where from microsoft and HP not the seller. Very little updating had to be done when I turned it on. My internet is very slow but the computer worked quick, again not the problem with the seller. I purchased the computer for school purposes, mainly for writing essays and research papers. The 750 GB of memory is more than enough for school, and it is a big upgrade from my last laptop from 2004. The up and down arrow keys are a little too narrow for my taste, but it's nice to have a numpad. The keys are only slightly raised, which keeps the keyboard relatively clean. There doesn't seem to be an auto-eject hotkey for the disc drive, it has to be pressed manually, but that's a minor issue.
