I got it quickly from Amazon and started to the set it up. When the new Windows 10 version started to download I got the first error that is can't finish the upgrade. I looked at the error message it was something with the RAM. Still, I gave it a chance and started working with the existing version. Every 30 minutes I was getting a "blue screen" and the laptop restarted. Unfortunately I had to return the item and get a different laptop. Without the issues it could have been a nice cheap laptop. Too bad it was bad on arrival. 2 stars from me... It restarts TWICE without asking while in the middle of cloning. This is more about their choice of operating system. If I could get a refund for the OS and put a real operating system on that understands that the owner is in total control, I would do that. Oh, and I got several D1 bug check blue screens too. Way to go HP. I can run Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator at the same time without issue. It's super light, which is also a plus. Battery life seems pretty good, but I'm not on it all day. I just wish HP would stop putting all the bloatware on their computers, but I just went in and cleared most of it out. Definitely a good laptop for the price range it's in.
