When receiving the laptop 4 months ago, the immediate things noticed are:
* the screen quality is poor, terrible actually.
* it is an over-sized 14" laptop
* it is heavy
The size and weight are of course available in the specs, so that shouldn't have been a surprise.

After 4 months of gentile use:
* the screen bezel on the lower right is coming apart from the action of opening/closing the lid.
* It is cheaply made. The hinge action is overly stiff and the hinge casing is coming apart as well.

Otherwise, I like the keyboard and the touchpad is ok. But I wouldn't buy this laptop again.

If this computer worked, It might be wonderful. However, there were problems right out of the box. The first time I turned it on, it performed some diagnostic tests and failed the mathematical operations test. When I called support, I got a very helpful agent who took remote control and installed new drivers. Because the computer seemed to be working, I installed software and copied all of my documents to the hard drive. The next time I turned the computer on, it no longer saw my network and could not connect to the internet. The technical support agent could not determine what the problem was and instructed me to restore factory settings. Not only did this wipe out my newly installed programs and all of my documents (which were backed up), but also restored the system to the status in which it failed the mathematical operations test. That was rectified after another call to technical support. But I was still unable to connect to the Internet. My next call to technical support ended... Read more

I had purchased this laptop. Laptop looks nice and it is light weight but it had flicking issue. Had a call with Lenovo support but the issue appeared again. Since this was intermittent issue I decided to return my laptop and now waiting to get my refund. I'll not recommend it to anyone.
