*Hate* this laptop. S-l-o-w. PgUp/PgDn keys are where the Shift key should be so, unless you're a hunt and peck typist, expect the cursor to jump all over the place instead of typing a capital letter when your right little finger reaches for the Shift key. Its added on "helpful" features are just the opposite and extremely frustrating. I loved my previous laptop, which was also a Lenovo. Will be buying something else and taking this one to the recycler ASAP.

I bought this computer back in February to replace a failing 1 year old HP laptop. Loved it. Decided I'd never buy HP again. It's been gently used (i dobt even have internet at home). Just word files and such. I take it to my library to do updates/downloads.

Anyway. At this point, it has become so slow as to be unusable. It won't even download itunes correctly. I have tried at least 20 times. Not happening. Its not updating, either. Just stalls out. Takes forever to turn on. And it's past the return date. Figures.

The really sad thing is, I have an ancient (and cheap) Compaq laptop from about 8 or so years ago with 2 gb of ram and 250 gb of memory that works faster/better than this thing. I have actually pulled that one out of storage and stuck it on a cooling pad (gets hot hot hot) and gone back to using that one. It's faster. I'm on the hunt again. Actually even considering going back to HP.

I purchased this laptop because we own a lenovo desktop computer and it has been the best computer we have ever owned. The price was great so I didn't expect the performance of a higher priced laptop. I have returned it because it is not living up to the brand name. It was slow, locked up, went to a black screen, then the last straw was when the screen completely turned sideways. I liked the look and feel of it, I had no problem with the keyword. Don't waste your time and money.
