The laptop I received was not the laptop that is advertised in the photos. After setting up the laptop with my personal settings the keyboard stopped working. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Lenovo tech support only to find out that this laptop had a previous buyer even though it is advertised as "NEW" I did not receive what was advertised. Sadly since I am a college student and desperately needed the computer because my last Lenovo stopped working, which that one was only a little over a year old. I didn't the time or money to send it back and buy a new one. I recommend NOT buying a Lenovo, super disappointed with their computers.

The only dissatisfaction I am experiencing is the volume on the laptop. I stream a lot of movies online and always have to wear HEADPHONES. Other than that it's a good laptop.

Very thin profile, great battery life, screen resolution. Do not like keyboard toggle mouse, use a wireless mouse.
