After a while of frustrating lag and crashes I decided I needed an actual gaming laptop if I wanted to play my pc games with my friends. Two of them got a lenovo y50 and a fangbook iii hx6, which are very good gaming laptops as well. However I chose MSI over both because of the cost and specs. This laptop is a beast and big as well, for me that is since I've never owned a 17 inch laptop. The screen is very vibrant and graphics are clear and crisp. I also don't have to deal with annoying glare that I got with my old laptop (especially since it was touchscreen). Since I've gotten this laptop I've only played a few games that aren't very intensive such as League of Legends and Day Z( they ran smoothly on very high) . However I'm planning on getting a lot more games and will make an update on this laptop's performance. The build is very nice and looks very sleek... Build quality is outstanding and the weight of it is very lite. I originally had an Asus ROG and let me tell you, this machine blows that one away. When you first get it, do your windows updates and then calibrate the battery. When you calibrate the battery, it fixes the 92% charge issue. The speakers are loud, the keys are lite to the touch and very responsive. The screen is bright and so are the led lights for the keys. Unplugged, the battery lasts about an hour and a half on full power settings. the seller did not label this product correctly though. This machine is the GE72 AQD Apache Pro. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you? 7 of 7 people found the following review helpful MSI GE72 Apache-264 is it worth it?, September 14, 2015 semply yes! in this review i will cover this laptop intirelly from pros to cons and my personal expriance with this product. this laptop from the start was what i pretty much expected for it's price vs it's big brother the MSI GE72 Apache Pro-077. this modle is made a bit more cheaplly then it's big brother and also doesn't have the same performace but vary close for a who whoping 500 bucks less. this laptop does have some issues though the frame around the screen is made with cheaper materails and is a bit flimsy, it's ram is 4Gigs less and it has a 4th gen intel icore7 hoswell but everything exsept the cheaplly made screen frame all of this is pretty much what you get for $1000 USD. the keyborad is a solid lit LED white which to me is fine and better then not lit at all. the rig runs really well running Tera, World of Warcraft, Neverwinter and Guild Wars 2 at 54-76 FPS at max settings. that is really almost unbalevable but it will push it. there is a issue while...
