About three weeks after receiving, started acting crazy. After being on about an hour screen starting jumping constant opening new tabs randomly from any application on my commuter. Turned off for about thirty minutes, then would go for a while, then started up again. Talked to technical services at Amazon, she first thought problem with touch screen and had me disable driver. After restarting, worked about two hours, then problem started again. This time she suggested a complete restore. although it meant re-installing everything, I decided to try before I returned it Well, it worked and fixed everything. Now works beautifully, even better than when I first got it. So 4 stars cause the time and effort required for a complete restart.
My only disappointment is lack of ports, but with a Bluetooth mouse and a scan card reader that plugs into the only USB ports, it meets my needs.

Just a warning to everyone who has bought or is thinking about buying this computer. I received the computer today and purchased additional malware software from a brand I have trusted and used for years. Once installed it ran a simple quick scan and came back with 519 items. Before you put any of your personal information into this computer you need to run a malware/virus check.

This pc was defective on delivery. It would barely connect to the WiFi. An internet speed test indicated only about 1-2 MbS for download and upload. I tried everything including getting a new router from the FIOS ISP. NO changes. All other devices in my possession, including 3 other pc's and two phones, worked fine. So I returned it to this Adam's Shop seller. I purchased the same item from another seller the next week and it works fine, with at least 25MbS both directions.
Now the seller is stalling at refunding my money. I do not recommend buying from this seller. There are many other sellers of this item, some at a much lower price.
