Luckily I called Dell and they did everything to fix it. It took them 2 hours and 40 minutes. But hey atleast they have great customer service to help you 24hrs Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you? 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful Good, for basic use., April 21, 2017 This review is from: Dell Inspiron 11.6" Touchscreen 2 in 1 Laptop PC Intel Celeron N3060 Dual-Core Processor up to 2.48 GHz 2G Memory 32G Hard Drive Wifi USB 3.0 Bluetooth Windows 10 BLue (Personal Computers) For the Price it's good for simple word documents and checking e-mails and web surfing, however it has trouble running traffic design apps and running more complex games (card game and other simple games are fine).
Over all a good and easy to use basic computer, if you want something versatile and simple this is awesome, but keep in mind her limits! I only downloaded Microsoft Office, recently Visio, and Spring Charts for college and it crashed. No storage left! My suggestion is to review the RAM and hard drive storage prior to purchasing a laptop. Although this laptop was cheap at $222, there is no point, if it doesn't serve the purpose. I regret buying this laptop Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you? |
