Nice computer, but I imagine that the next person will go through the same issue of the f 11 and f 12 function buttons not working,that control the brightness of the screen. Luckily I called Dell and they did everything to fix it. It took them 2 hours and 40 minutes. But hey atleast they have great customer service to help you 24hrs

For the Price it's good for simple word documents and checking e-mails and web surfing, however it has trouble running traffic design apps and running more complex games (card game and other simple games are fine).

Over all a good and easy to use basic computer, if you want something versatile and simple this is awesome, but keep in mind her limits!

This computer uses almost all of the 29.1 GB for system operations. I only downloaded Microsoft Office, recently Visio, and Spring Charts for college and it crashed. No storage left! My suggestion is to review the RAM and hard drive storage prior to purchasing a laptop. Although this laptop was cheap at $222, there is no point, if it doesn't serve the purpose. I regret buying this laptop
