It's a pretty decent computer. I'm more impressed with how user friendly Windows 10 is, considering that I hated 8, but that's about the OS and not the computer itself, so if the only thing you're reluctant on when it comes to purchasing this computer; I recommend it because it's way better than 8 and surprisingly more organized and user friendly than 7 at times. Files are easier to find and access, and it condenses a lot of different setting files into a few apps and makes it a lot easier to find certain applications.

As for the laptop itself? It's pretty nice. Has a nice big clean screen, I like the resolution. The hard drive is pretty nice and runs programs that I use without many hitches. With that said, I just use this computer for web browsing, listening to Spotify, uploading and burning movies/music, and creating text files. So if you're a gamer, or a video editor/graphic designer, I'm sure there's better options out there for your needs, this computer is good for... Read more

I was pretty worried about this. After my laptop screen was smashed in some incident I still know nothing of I needed to get another quick and cheap as a student with a writing job. Buying cheap is nerve wracking, and I've never bought from a third party seller. So, here's how the Dell Inspiron has fared thus far:
-While it's not the thinnest, the smooth and sleek texture is really nice, though it's a bit heavier than I'm used to.
-The Core i3 seems to be a tad slower than the AMD on my last (though some research suggests the Core i3 may be faster) though I haven't had a problems
-One main concern was casual gaming. For the price, the graphics and speed do allow comfortable gameplay. I was kind of surprised honestly.
-The speakers are fabulous, even being on the bottom of the device
-Lots of space
-Setup was a breeze
In all a solid 4/5 computer. Would definitely recommend for college students/business.
