I have had this Chromebook for 5 days now and really like it. A great Chromebook - Almost as good as my 2014 Lenovo for about one-third of the price. DOCUMENTATION: Chromebooks have great documentation, and it is all on the device. Tap or click on the magnifying glass in the bottom bar and read all about the Chrome Operating System. There is a printed 9 page Quick Start Guide to get you going. CONSTRUCTION: Very good. No squeaks or flexing and good fit all around. Only weighs 2.5 lbs. Almost a pound lighter than my Lenovo. It looks real good but the finish is a real fingerprint magnet. The screen hinge allows the screen to go back about 135 degrees. Far enough back to be straight on to the screen face on your lap. KEYBOARD AND TOUCHPAD: Very good. Full size shift keys and a really responsive touchpad with the normal two and... That was my first question about this. A Chromebook is a small, one inch thick computer, without a DVD-CD drive, or a massive internal hard drive. The Hisense Chromebook has a 100GB Chrome drive instead. It works with its own operating system, so its not an Android, not a Windows OS, not a MAC. Overall, the operating system is extremely easy to use. Like Androids, you download APPs for the computer. Only APPs that operate for the Chromebook OS function on this, however, there are a lot of them and all the ones I've seen were free. Your internal Hard Drive will be replaced with Cloud Storage on Google. (Files I've already downloaded thru my Gmail account, are available automatically on this computer.) It functions pretty much like the Windows OS. You have several icons across the bottom of the screen, for APPs, Google Chrome internet explorer, Gmail, Google, a word processor, and YouTube. Apparently they worked to combine the best aspects of Windows, Android... I went from having a computer the size of an entire floor of a building, to an Apple Watch. Now these Cloud Notebooks are starting to become mainstream as well. I am actually writing this review on this Chromebook. This is what I think of it: PROS: 1. Easy to setup - Just Plug in your Chromebook and charge it till the light turns yellow so it is fully charged. Once that is done, it will ask you the basic setup questions like wifi and then ask you to enter your Google account. Once you put that in it will import any settings you have saved in Chrome on other computers. So it automatically has the username and password keychains that I saved on my other laptop. This goes for my favorites as well. 2. Boots in seconds - Within seconds I was online and surfing. 3. Great for watching videos and accessing...
