This Lenovo computer works very well. It does everything my old computer does, you can download all the programs you want. The small windows icon in the bottom left corner turns the computer off or restarts. The reset button is the silver on/off button, you hold it down for 20 seconds to reset. The computer has to be off first for it to work. Also it works very well with a printer. You can add memory, it takes a micro SD card without an adapter. Office comes with it free for a year, after that it is $99.00 a year. I uninstalled office. It does come with Word Pad, which is just like microsoft word. I am posting a picture of Word Pad, it comes free with this pc. Also it has a file system for documents and picutes.You can also get another type of office program if you want to. Lenovo has up and down buttons which work better that having to scroll. The key board works well. Also this is a fast computer which was a nice surprise. I love this laptop, replacing my HP Stream. Everything came properly packaged and new. Love the white color. It is faster than my HP and has a nice screensaver. I am a professional writer, but as a baby boomer, I prefer things that are straightforward and easy to use, which this is. I don't need all the bells and whistles, although there are certainly some on this laptop. Very pleased.

Worked for 3 months....now the power port is working and the computer won't power up...pretty useless at this point.
