But it's also pretty damn nice,
May 10, 2015 Yes, it's expensive. But it's also pretty damn nice. The trackpad is in a position, and good enough to actually make gaming passable without a dedicated mouse. You'll still want one, but it serves in a punch and the alternate modes keep it useful even if you're not using it as a trackpad.

++ Nice display and design you would expect from Razer ++,
May 20, 2015 Yep, it's pretty darn expensive and in most cases you do get what you pay for when buying gaming machines but to a certain extent with this Razer Blade Pro 17 it will still have you wondering why it's not got the 980M like this ROG here: http://amzn.to/1PWzEpT
While it is a super fast system handling anything you can throw at it with great aplomb, and deals with heavy loads very well. It may still have you wondering why you didnt wait for the prices to come down on some of the systems featuring the 980M on board.
The good:
+ Darn fast
+ A decent gfx card offering hours of un-hindered gameplay
+ Nice display and design you would expect from Razer
The Bad:
- Track pad ok, but most will opt for dedicated mouse
- Fingerprint and food debris magnet (If you are messy like me)
- Offer limited new innovation apart from the improved 960M and RAM
All-in all you can't go too far wrong, but like previously mentioned you can...
