Was skeptical about buying a refurbished computer online. However I am happy with my purchase. The reviews did scare me. I guess it's the luck of the draw which one you will get. Obviously they are not all the same if one person has a problem with one and another one did not. No scratches loads up quickly. It's a touchscreen and works properly. I did buy the 2 yr warranty just in case. So I would recommend that especially if your still skeptical.

I used a bad word first time writing a review, so my review was rejected. I'll be nicer this time. This laptop operates as if it were never refurbished, just put into a new shipping box after it broke, with the word "refurbished" on the box. It's unstable. It crashes in the middle of projects. It's frustratingly slow. I should have paid full price for a new laptop. Shame on me. I've had good experiences with refurbished products before, but this was a mistake on my part.
